Development of prototypes for the evaluation of the vehiculization ability of nanocontainers at air-liquid interfaces, simulating the administration by pulmonary inhalation

This objective will make use of the technology, which has been developed during the last years by different members of the project, for the generation of interfacial vehiculization prototypes based on nanocontainers formed by the natural pulmonary surfactant, at the micro and macroscopic levels. These devices will allow the evaluation of the efficiency of the nanoensembles at air-liquid interfaces that mimic the in vivo respiratory surface.
